here in ct, they have or had, one of these at a little amusement park called Lake Compounce... it was cool but kinda rickity and if it broke or got stuck, you were done!! it carries you up a big ol MT. with ricks and stuff..lol but the way down, the scenics are quite amazing!

Chair lift sure beats hiking. Great shot beautiful view. Only time I ever saw a view from Mt. Snow was with snow on the ground & skis on my feet.

your not kidding, i hiked it once and that was enough for me. i've mtn biked it but atleast then you can ride down.

The Mt Snow, Stratton Mt., Bromley Mt. area is beautiful all around... its a great place to visit in summer or winter...
