Apparently, the wife thinks I have too many 4x5 cameras, so the ones I use least are going (but just to make room a few new ones...)
I've used this 45D until I bought my 45E and 45F (and a B&J press camera), it is in good condition, bellows have been covered with an opaque covering, as they had the usual pinholes in the corners, they are now 100% lighttight. (considering that B&H would happily take your $322 for a new bellows, this was a reasonable approach suggested by my camera repair person). The repair does not affect the functionality at all, I just wanted to make sure that potential buyers realize the bellows have been repaired. An ideal inexpensive entry to shooting 4x5.
I have several used lenses available, should the buyer need one, in various focal lengths from 135mm to 210mm.
