Haunted Road - albumen process

Well not really. I was trying to get the effect in PS. Albumen process an early method of making a paper based prints 1855 to the 1890s. Negatives were done on glass, and the print was then created on paper that used albumen from egg whites to bind the light-sensitive chemical to the paper.

thats pretty cool... reminds me of the old west... now you need to find some Indians to get pic of, or Miners!!!

I remember that picture from a posting a while back you did... it was good in B&W if I remembered right on how you had it.... it looks AWESOME now... if you hadnt said anything I would have thought you scanned an old picture and just did some touchup... good job!

Thanks Craig, I think I had a little to much sepia in it though, but over all I'm happy with the results. It's one of the effects in the new PSP 11. This Sat. in Kent CT there is a civil war reenactment at the congregational church grounds, I would like to make it there but I'm not sure I'll have the time, I'll be spending most of my time at CAMA

Good memory. and thanks Like I mentioned to Craig other than a little to much sepia tone I'm pretty happy with it. I'll have to try some of the old equipment I take at the Antique machinery open house, might look real cool.
