Blue fish from Today.....sad

Now why would someons catch fish then just leave them on the beach and not take em home to eat? is it me or is this kind of a waste?It really p***es me off. I mean, you catch it and if you dont eat it, throw it back...morons!!

And there were two of these lying there..and about 25 gulls who didnt seem to want to eat them for some reason, I know the water in the sound is really bad and not getting any better but....
