Feb Prize Contest - Nightscapes w/EXIF

    **SPONSORED BY STUYVESANT PHOTO!!**

A broad but specific topic. Flash is NOT to be used. Image will depict a "scape" taken at night. It can be a starscape, a cityscape, a countryscape... really anything showing landscape... but taken at night. Judges cannot help in anyway except to aid in the EXIF data being posted if necessary. Any questions can be sent direct via PM or email to any one of the judges. Prize will be a $25 gift certificate for Stuyvesant Photo!!

    Good Luck All!!

Mine should be interesting since I've never shot nightscapes before.

I have some reading to do.

I can go right up behind the mx track and have a beautiful view of the night lights of the Utica/Deerfield area.

We've sat up there in the summer on the quads just chatting and enjoying the view.

This WILL be a challenge for me, not sure if I have a good enough lens for it, but I'll give 'er a try.

Hmmm...makin me go out in the friggin cold for this one....I'll remember that Ross!!! I'll have to find a nice clear night with the moon up where I live and give it a shot...I know the theory behind these shots but have never actually tried them....guess its time to pull out the tripod and wireless remote that came with the Elan II!!!

Are you coming out this way this weekend? We can set up on Skyline Drive and practice together.
