I have no clue about the errors... but can I ask how you imported them?... Did you use a card reader or the software with the camera... just a thought that if you used a card reader to maybe try using the software and import them that way...
I was just on vacation and shot with my point and shoot HP camera one day at the beach... I took a bunch of photos... I could view them on my camera after I took them... but when I went back to run them through photoshop today I can not view them on my camera or in photoshop.. I receive this following error:
could not complete your request because a SOFn, DQT, or DHT JPEG marker is missing before a JPEG SOS marker
any ideas? I am running a mac and a pc.. I get this error on my pc.. will have to try it on the mac in a bit.. but I have a feeling its not going to be any better.

I used the card reader that is on the PC (there is a built in one) since it is a SD card, its the only one I have for that card.

sounds like currupted files, try downloading them straight from the camera.

Wow... a happy ending. I was thinking you were going to lose the files after reading the first part of the thread. Now the key is to figure out what caused it so that it doesn't happen again. I'd do some testing with junk files... camera to card to reader... a few times and see if you can recreate it.

I know I was really worried too...then i tired to figure out how it happened, did I drop the camera, did water get it, somethin you know what I mean, I even thought that my daughter deleted some (she was mad at me one day and had the camera) I think they did get deleted, because I looked at the card from the reader on my PC and then hooked directly into my mac (camera to cord) and they weren't there.. weird I tell you.
This program is god to me at this moment HAHA I will get the details and post when I get home what it is... you know just in case something like this happens to someone else.

Recovery photoshop documents there is a adobe photoshop recovery. The utility uses modern wizard allowing to scan and analyze invalid psd data and repair it. The tool is compatible with any system configuration.
