My friend came up from PA and wanted me to take some pics....I used my strobe as a Hot light light because my transmitter and receiver has a defect in it. I tried in manual mode and tried to do a custom white balance but couldnt get it right....I used Auto mode and my strobe flashed! I was shocked...

I dont have professional lighting so I use a stand light my hubby uses in the garage....I just got a floor lamp for free, it has 3 movable lights on it. My ? is what type of lights can I put in them? Clear or unclear? what watts? Can I get these in a regular hardware store?....sorry for all the ?s...
