I Shot this in my basement, using my strobes pointing to a 9' long roll of Ultra White backdrop paper. Then adding red/pink gels to them, to tone...

Ok we colored eggs this year and we got a little creative LOL...my cats had to see what the eggs were too!

My friend came up from PA and wanted me to take some pics....I used my strobe as a Hot light light because my transmitter and receiver has a defect in it. I tried in manual mode and tried to do a custom white balance but couldnt get it right....I used Auto mode and my strobe flashed! I was shocked...
After a long (and very cool week of photoshop world) I gathered up my regular 'Muse' last saturday for an outdoor adventure shoot - To most of which I can't show her here. However these are two new images that are featuring several new techniques that I learned at Photoshop World Orlando....

Since my Transmitter and reciever is not working and wont be getting my new ones till May, I thought I would try some natural light. I did do some editing on these. And I didnt use my tripod!:doh what was I thinking???:confused:

I dont have professional lighting so I use a stand light my hubby uses in the garage....I just got a floor lamp for free, it has 3 movable lights on it. My ? is what type of lights can I put in them? Clear or unclear? what watts? Can I get these in a regular hardware store?....sorry for all the ?s...
