What do you do to make sure that your batteries in your flash last long. My batteries are acting up. I assume the reason is that I always rapid charged them. I try to soft charge them so they last longer and they are more reliable. Do you have any other ideas?

This mainly is just a one side color question... I know that if you use a gold reflector inside it turns the shot too yellow... and that you should use the silver side inside... but since outside picks up whatever color it hits... what stops you from using a silver outside... does it produce too...
