Image Posting in threads - Please please, please.. try to keep your images at 1000 Pixels or less on the longest or highest side, this will cut down on load times for those who are on Dial Up and so members who do not use a wide screen monitor can see the whole photo without having to scroll. ...
This has been a bit of topic for debate so I wanted to make sure the staff had time to think and discuss it before Convergent, Zacker, and I made our decision based on the good of the forum, the direction we want to the forum to proceed, and where the forums initial intent was. This is...
Hey Guys! I need a great second photographer for a wedding on 10/24 in Monroe, NC. Can you recommend somebody who is good around the area? Thanks!
Here is another shot I like form the iron pour I attended
Hi, Long time without a visit. Here is an image from a recent performance art show put on by the Iron Guild. I am having trouble attaching images so maybe you will see it and maybe.............. http://northeastfoto.com/gallery/showimage.php?i=16807"]]
Recently I started working with some people who are starting a clothing/hat clip company. Here are a couple of shots from today, they're more for a tribute to a band they are doing, but you get the idea, let me know what you think.
Nikon D3 - what is your favorite AF setting when shooting people, weddings?
I've got four kids and one of them graduated from Campbell University this Saturday, finished in 3.5 years! Here are a few images from the ceremony. I took these with a Canon 50D and 18-200IS from way up in the seats, and then processed them quickly in Lightroom 3. 1. Coming into the stadium....
Had to share this photo with you all only for the catchlights in my daughter's eyes. Her eyes are so incredibly dark brown that I have a hard time getting them to look like anything other than 2 big dark circles on her face. Usually I have to dodge them a bit to make them stand out. I got this...
We're having a little girl! 1 2 3
Went to a private screening of FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION last night at Clifton Commons in Clifton, NJ. Peter Travers (Rollingstone Magazine) hosted, and the guest actor was Bob Balaban (who was in several episodes of Seinfeld in 1992 and 1993). I shot using my new Canon 70-200 2.8 IS. I shot at 2.8...
I know, it's a little late, but what can I say... I'm a slacker :D Ross totally earned this shirt!
I'm probably gonna get in trouble for posting these shots! LOL :D
Just a couple of pis I shot tonight... What do you think. Fast and Ferrous with the lighting. 2 min light setup 45 sec shoot! :)
I must say, I'm much happier with the "Christmas Card" session this year. I do these to create our family Christmas cards and print some new photos for the grandparents. I guess I wasn't paying attention to missing the feet on this series of shots, so I'd like to know if you guys think they are...
Recently did a 40's style photoshoot. Please take a look and feel free to leave all comments/critiques. Thanks! Robin
Recently took a shot of my wife & daughters. Thought I'd share... Left to right - Callie (4), Jill, Katina (6) 40D/Sigma 18-50mm f/2.8 EX DC/Lumedyne about 4 feet behind me and bounced off of the ceiling, and lots of funny faces from the photographer, and maybe an odd sound or two... :D
With the wind we were having yesterday (4/5/09), we took the kids out and flew a kite for a couple hours. Of course the camera came along for the ride... 1. Callie runs the slack out 2. Katina now has the string as Callie watches 3. Katina still at the controls
This is a picture I took on Memorial Day of '08. This was a great day for me, one of the most memorable times with my mom. We were at the "bridge of flowers". You can only imagine how many shots we got that day!!! :D This is one I took of her, plain and simple. No editing. Enjoy!
