Eat your heart out Dian Fossey, you might have the great apes, I've got great horses and plenty of mist.:D or is it fog?

Thanks Craig, no snow at all just a real miserable mist. Good idea about the animated snow, but I don't think I'll be adding any to the photo. :)

Are these YOUR horses? I love horses and always wanted one as a pet. I love looking at each and every horse photo you post. Excellent work!

Sorry to say not my horses, they're on a farm near where I live.

the farm offers many events such as hay rides and educational events for kids. It's a very diverse and interesting farm. check out the site.

Here's one I took a couple of years ago of 2 of there horses and than converted to a painting. If I remember it was pouring that day and the horses were standing under the over hang on the barn, course there stall was about 20' away, no one is ever going to accuse them of being overly smart. :D

Yes, horses are very smart animals. I look forward to each one of your horse photos. There is a house down the street from me with horses but I have never met the owners and I have yet to ask to take photos of their horses. Maybe this summer (we only moved to this house this past July).
