This is a two picture pano. I have always heard even numbers does not work. I would like your thoughts on this on. What do you think?

seems to work for me...honestly I cant find anything wrong with it. Maybe the comment about odd number of shots working best might be that you could take this shot further out and then crop it for the same effect.

I dont think the problem really is with the 4 windows... as much as nothing in the shot leads you to it... is very 2 dimensional looking so when you look at it nothing draws you in...

What's the story with the even vs odd numbers? What's the reasoning behind it?

Compositionaly it is suppose to be good practice if you try and use an odd number of subjects. One, three or five trees in the field not two or four.

Oh so it's the number of subjects that makes the difference. The first post made it sound like it was the number of shots used to stitch together for the pano
