i've been to that site before. very cool stuff. wish i had a spare body i didn't need to try it out. i don't know that i'd use IR all that much but i wanna convert one just for the process of doing it.

There is also a way you can convert a Canon G series P&S camera by replacing the ir blocking filter with a cut hoya 72 filter and shoot ir with NO TRIPOD. This is on my to do list for sure.

That is very cool. I'd love to get into shooting IR one day. Definitely makes for some cool photos.

This is where my next camera will be converted at... I have done MaxMax and then gotten a second MaxMax camera already converted... I want to do an "Enhanced IR" camera next and LP is the place to do it at....

I wrote em and asked if the PRo1 could be converted, they said no..lol I wonder why it cant?

I know for a fact it can be... but you may have to do it yourself... theres a strap over the sensor area that needs to be cut...let me see if I can find the post on another site I had seen on that...
