View Full Version : Treated myself to a Crumpler bag

Good lord, what an amazing bag! I got sick and tire of always having cheap or used or swapmeet bought bags, and after getting a little extra cash doing backup for a wedding p hotographer friend, I decided it was the right time to pamper my camera and treat myself to a nice bag.

I ended up picking up the Crumpler 7 Million Dollar Home, and it is absolutely perfect - its huge, has plenty of room for lenses and all kinds of goodies, but the greatest thing is that it looks like a messenger bag from the outside, which is nice because it doesn't scream "Expensive camera stuff inside!", which is very very sexxxy.

At first I didn't want one because I've always heard how "trendy" these bags are - that most of the owners care more about the bag than the contents inside it :P

But I must say, this bag surpasses my expectations. I absolutely love it.

If anyone is looking to spend a little extra on a really nice bag, definitely check out the crumpler stuff. :happy

I have a Crumpler bag and I love it. My favorite thing is how comfortable it is to carry.

DON'T DO THINGS LIKE THAT TO ME LOL I need a new bag but have been holding off on buying one. Now I am going to have to look into the Crumpler and lighten up my check book <g>.

I had to chime in here too, because I just got my new Crumpler (also the 7 Million Dollar home). It's really great. I was afraid it wouldn't be large enough to hold all my equipment, but it holds it with room for more!

I have in it my 20D with 50mm, 5D with 85mm, 17-85mm lens, 580EX flash and then all the misc. small stuff in the pockets. What I also like is that it is large enough for me to also toss my wallet in so I don't have to worry about bringing my purse (though I suppose this is a male dominated board, and you guys wouldn't worry about that stuff :D ). Also large enough for me to put my paperwork in for clients at shoots.

I went with the blue version though - and it is definately way cuter than other photo bags I have owned (again, most of the guys here probably aren't as big on the "cute" factor :P ).

We go more for the "Strapping, hunky" portion of how the bag looks on us
