wow! very cool. I have never been there... looks pretty neat. Love the "Fine Arts Center" building and the sand castle is way cool. The sun sets and beach shots are cool to!

The sunset is gorgeous and the crab does not look like a happy camper. Was he on the menu or a permanent resident?

I think he was a permanent resident, but the funny thing was that the aquarium didn't look like it was deep enough for him to easily turn around in there.... so a bit cramped.

Great series. Boy sure wished I'd been there a few weeks back during that horrendous heat wave we had. Love the crab, what a great close up. All are a joy to look at, looks like the beach wasn't all that crowded, now that has to be nice.

Actually these beach pictures were all at "off peak" times. The beach did get pretty busy during some parts of the day. We were around 81st Street, and the Boardwalk starts at around 15th Street, so there weren't nearly as many people on the beach as far down as we were.

Déjà vu.

Nice shots. The sunrise, and sunset are awesome.

That same guy has been doing those sand sculptures there for as long as I can remember, and I've been going there my whole life. I actually took my first steps as a baby on the south side beach at Indian River. I haven't been in a few years though :(

Thanks for boosting my memory.

We had a blast... weather was perfect... water temperature was perfect... not too crowded... just the way a beach trip should be.
