I would like to buy extension tubes for my macro lens. I would like to get closer to the subject... :)
Based on my research, the Kenko extension tubes seem to be the best ones (quality/price). Do know any alternatives? I would like to keep the communication between the camera and the lens... What are you thoughts?

Both Trish and I used them for quite some time... shes way more into the macro than I am... what I found is that mating the 20mm tube with a 50/1.8 is almost a perfect combo... and that the 12mm with the Canon 100mm macro works good too... the only issues is that you get some close to the subject that you usually end up touching...

I have them but would rather use my 50mm macro or my 100 mm macro lens..

Funny, I recently got a set of these tubes. I have had them for maybe 2 months now and have not even used them.

Soon though :)
