Does anyone here know anything about older Polaroid cameras? A friend at work got a Polaroid from her mom, who had it stashed in a closet for apparently a long time. She knows nothing about it and gave it to me to see if i could figure out how to use it. Aside from the fact that I do not think she can actually buy film for it anymore, i really know nothing about it, and searches on Google and the Polaroid website come up with no info.

No paperwork, box, or anything, just the camera. on the front it says Polaroid Captiva SLR/Auto Focus/f12/107mm

The back has a large "window" that says 95 film.

the camera looks is like a square shape, then you hit a button and it folds up into sort or a triangle shape to take a picture.

You are the man, thanks, that is exactly what I was looking for. Camera actually has film in it, had one photo left on it, which I took. Flash fired and everythig. Camera seems to work fine......................but........the door you open to load/unload film will not open. Only opens about a 1/4 inch and will not open the rest of the way.

Sort of fun trying to figure it out though.
