So, I was able to produce this HDR shot by taking 5 different shots at different exposures. Unfortunately for me my D60 doesn't have auto-bracketing, so I had to change the exposures myself manually on the camera (using a tripod, of course) for each shot.

I put them all into Photomatix, tweaked around with the Tone Mapping just a little bit, then brightened it up with Lightroom and little Photoshop.

I think it came out alright, but it could somehow still be better! Let me know what you think. :) I hope I did everything kind of right! :doh

Actually looks pretty good... I am not a fan of HDR in the sense of how far people push the extreme with it... well except for Craigs cartoon effect style... a "good" HDR is one that you may not know it was done in HDR...

I like how this one came out. I really like the detail of the light reflecting off the wall.

I am sort of the opposite, I actually like the extreme end of HDR. I guess I just like it because I think it gives the photographer a bit more room to express their own artistic view of the scene.

I think this is why I like playing around with Topaz Adjust so much.

I know a ton of photographers who really hate the overdone look.

I happen to like this shot. That pool looks as smooth as glass!
